Courses
Courses will follow a progression, see below.
If you have no experience please attend two beginners I courses before moving to the beginners II level; those with some experience could talk with the teacher.
There will be then intermediate & improvers courses added for both Yoga and Pilates.
Pilates Beginner’s Course with Lena

Starts Thursday 3rd May 18.15 -19.15 6 weeks@ €60
This course will use basic principles of Pilates, using your abs to susport your spine & upper body, helping improve strenght while at same time ease aches and pains caused by over use of muscles. Pilates also offers stress relief and enhances self awareness.
6 week Yoga Beginner’s I Course with Ruth
Starting Monday 30th April 19.30 – 20.30, 6 week Yoga Beginners Course with Ruth Carson @ €70.
Kick start the Summer months on a positive note & introduce yourself to yoga with a 6 week beginners course. You’ll learn how to move with awareness, relieve stress, become familiar with the postures and improve flexibility, grace and strength.
