OMY is open to all styles of Yoga present in Dublin. No two Yoga class are the same as our teachers have different training backgrounds and disciplines and bring their own different experiences to their class.
Anthony Kearney

Anthony is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. He has practised Yoga and meditation for over 20 years and he has been teaching for the past 12 years. He has studied with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois’s son Manju Jois and Nancy Gilgoff.
Kathryn Moynihan

Kathryn discovered yoga seven years ago practicing initially Vinyasa flow Yoga and then moving on to explore Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Along with studying with reputable teachers in the tradition of Ashtanga yoga and Iyengar yoga she continues to further her studies by spending time abroad in various workshops and courses in India and elsewhere. She bases her own yoga practice and teachings from the Ashtanga Yoga system of Pattabhi Jois and the teachings of BKS Iyengar along with practicing mindfulness & metta meditation.
Christine Schnell

Christine was first introduced to Hatha yoga in 2002 while studying Business at University in Germany. While she enjoyed the practice of Hatha Yoga, it was only when she began Ashtanga Yoga a few years later that she realised how powerful yet peaceful the practice can be. The moment she began her first Ashtanga practice she had found the perfect tool to quieten the mind, while at the same time allowing her to be present.
Deirdre Hughes

Deirdre is a certified Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 8 years. She recently returned from Byron Bay Australia where she completed further training in Purna Yoga, a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation.
Maggie Dunne

I began practising yoga from a very early age. I have always had a keen interest in the body and keeping it healthy. I studied integrated body therapies in Australia when I lived for 8 years. I specialised in sports injuries and exercise therapy. While working with chiropractors and physiotherapists as a massage therapist I began my studies as a yoga teacher. After qualifying I returned to Ireland where I began teaching yoga full time. With a strong interest in the Spiritual side of yoga I began to study to be a Kundalini yoga teacher in Limerick in 2009. I love to explore all types of Yoga.
Sarah Duffy

Sarah has recently qualified as a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in New York under the guidance of Jivamukti co-founders Sharon Gannon and David Life and many inspiring Advanced Certified Jivamukti teachers. Sarah aims for you to enjoy a challenging class and encourages you to explore your full potential.
Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan is trained in yoga, holistic health and healing. He has been practising yoga since he was a child. His teaching style draws from his wide experience of vinyasa flow yoga, Somatic Yoga and from attending workshops with his teacher John Friend, founder of Anusara yoga.
Cara Sothern

Cara has been practising yoga for 4 years. She began her journey into yoga when she realised that working in property was just not for her and she wanted more out of life. Her love of exercise which saw her with many injuries over the years, led her onto a different path. She has been teaching yoga for one and a half years and is especially interested in the heart orientated principles of Anusara Yoga.
Luna Dolezal

Luna Dolezal has been practising yoga for over twelve years and teaching for the past six. She trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) in Santa Catarina, Brazil and has taught classes in Portugal and Ireland.
Kanta Barrios

Kanta’s classes are challenging, creative and dynamic and have a strong emphasis on breathing and alignment though always with a flow to keep the pace invigorating. The intention of every class is to cultivate strength, develop awareness and help students find balance, light-heartedness and rejuvenation within themselves.
Frank Brooks

Frank Brooks is an Anusara Inspired yoga teacher who began practicing yoga in 2000 while living in the US. In 2002, he began studying Anusara Yoga with Betsey Downing at her Anusara studio in Sarasota, Florida. Frank is passionate about Anusara yoga, sharing its heart opening themes and its beautifully crafted alignment principles.
Karolina Guzek

Ruth Carson

Ruth’s interest in Yoga began as a teenager and it was when she was living abroad that she became fully immersed in Yoga and meditation. She has studied Ashtanga, Hatha and Anusara in India, Thailand and Ireland and practiced yoga in Europe, Asia and Australasia.
Deirdre Murphy

Deirdre has an extensive professional dance and movement background, and her practice is thus influenced. Her classes find the artistry in connecting breath and movement through imagery and sensation, and flow through and between postures.

Joanne Crean has always had a holistic interest in health and disease prevention. She is a qualified pharmacist and has studied yoga and meditation intensively since before college with many teachers from all over the world.
Susie Murray

Susie Murray’s path to Yoga grew from a passion in dance. Her classes are rooted in the beauty and the strength of the practice and she hopes to create a space of grace and honour for the soul.
Angie Kinsella

Angie Kinsella has been practicing yoga over the past 7 years and being a practicing Holistic Therapist she teaches in a manner which encourages body awareness, body integrity and stillness within movement.

Anna Fidz

Anna Fidz’s classes infuse breath with movement in an invigorating and transforming way. Anna believes that the philosophy and the movement of yoga asanas can help us to discover our true destinies. Trained in the ISHTA (Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Aryuveda, www.ishtayoga.com) tradition at Yoga Works in New York City and registered with the Yoga Alliance in the United States, Anna has been practicing yoga for over ten years.
Jan Duffy

Jan Duffy believes that yoga should be fun and lighthearted – a place to find peace and balance. Her philosophy comes from personal practice and from studying with great teachers. She has studied internationally with renowned yogis including Tias Little (yoga meditation), Gary Kraftsow (Viniyoga therapy), Paul Grilley (anatomy intensive) and Sarah Powers (Yin yoga).
Lena Anikina

Lena is a certified Stott Pilates Instructor and a yoga teacher. Former National swimming champion and a record holder, she has been using Pilates and yoga as a part of her fitness regime for seven years. She believes that practising Pilates regularly can improve confidence and body image, develop core torso stability and back strength, release stress and get a better posture.
